- The nose displays a concentrated array of ripe fruits of the forest and roasted coffee beans. Once the wine is allowed to open up, a mnge of savoury spices and mint chocolate are released.
- The palate is complete with an initial sweet concentrated explosion of luscious blackberry and milk chocolate on the palate. The Shiraz forwardness is then meshed with the savoury spice and leafiness, from the Cabernet Sauvignon. Firm and velvety tannins leave the mouth with a lingering mint and liquorice finish.
