The Jobard's own and run eight hectares of vines spread throughout Monthelie and Meursault. A small negociant business was started in 2003 to supplement the estates production. All the wines are made from purchased grapes that are treated exactly as the estate wines. Charles son Remi is now in charge of the operation, and he is regarded by many as a rising star of the region, his wines described as "clean, pure and modern in the best sense". Low yields and strict bunch selection ensures that only the best grapes make it into the winery. New oak is used in moderation.
