citrus and fig flavours.

A whiff of struck match and some creamy oatmeal, spice and honey to soften the introduction, and then into the crunch of mixed citrus and swingeing acidity.
Theres touches of softness but all in all an uncompromising style. Certainly a true Chablis style of Chardonnay.
