The 2007 Pinot Noir is a little pinched on the nose ? dark fruits and a touch of thyme. Moderate definition but certainly introverted. Ripe dark fruits on the palate, dark cherry, plum with a touch of iodine. Good acidity. It does not flow as I would like, but a few months bottle age should allow this to settle. Clean and correct on the finish but it would benefit from more length. -By Robert Parker
