Wow! I love Spatlese. I really want you to try this. Higher maturity of vines, off dry sweet, only 8 % alcohol with 80 grams of residual sugar and 9.5 grams of acidity. What does this mean? It's not sticky and sickly sweet and marries so well with spicy Asian cuisine. If you left this in your glass for 2-3 hours it would continue to evolve with layers adding rather than caving in.
