James Halliday notes this as being "as bright & as fresh as a daisy", & he's not wrong. I'wasn't a huge fan of Semillon, this however, has changed my views. Super clean, super fine, fresh with great minerality. It almost has a lemon peel character to it as well. It made the top 5 Semillons in Winstate 2010 & a huge, fresh sefood platter would do it absolute justice. Finally, a small boutique wine producer, getting it right!

This is one of the finest semillons I have the privelege to drink, it's beautiful. Lots of fresh lemon with a marvelous toasty nuance backed by honeysuckle.It's fine and superclean, finshing with delightful crystaline citrusy minarality. This will be a mind blower in 8 or so years, that's if you can refrain from drinking it now.
