"Gorgeous Gris"
This is a gorgeous Pinot Gris - made in the Alsace style, with a touch of spice over a core of apple, pear and rose petals. The mouthfeel is lush, though not as sickly sweet as some can be, because it has the acidity required to clean up the back palate. I've tried this with Brie, vintage cheddar and Camembert, but blue cheese is the best for food pairing.
