Cold, wet wintery nights - This wine was made for such an occasion. Lovely rich chocolatety tones, dark berries, mouth coating delicious goodness with a smooth velvet like finish. Top drop!

Organically grown, biodynamically farmed and superbly made, The Uncut Shiraz is very bit as exciting as you would expect from Gemtree. Hand selected fruit from 40 yr old vines, this is an excellently balanced and rich and hearty shiraz from the McLaren Vale. Top stuff!

This biodynamic wine is an absolute no brainer. 95 Points by James Halliday, need I say more? Amazingly concentrated and retaining all the flavour it possible could, its incredible balance in acidity and tannins would definitely score a top place amongst your favourite wines.
