"What was that...Well priced white Burgundy...sorry i thought you..."

What was that...Well priced white Burgundy...sorry i thought you were joking. Actually i'm not. With the particularly strong Aussie dollar right now European wine is suddenly slightly more accessible price wise and when you stumble across a producer such as Domaine Goisot who makes dam good value white burgundy you have quite an attractive propersition. Goisot originates from a so-called lesser appelation of Chablis called Yonne. Sorry where? The quality and integrity in the glass will quickly make tyou realise that it gives makes many of the top Chablis producers a serious run for their money. After a quick swirl you'll see rich, complex, earthy characters that you'd swear were coming from a 1er Cr. Whcih at the end of the day makes it tremendous value. So if the very thought of a recycling bin full of Euro is too hard to fatham, then start your journey with this little gem and you'll see that it is in fact quite achievable. Fill up!
