"Gambel pays off"

This wine was a bit of a gamble purchase, not really knowing what it was or what to expect or having drunk much Spanish wines. I had this with some friends at a BBQ and it was a great talking point, quite savoury in its style with different fruit specturms to the rest of the Australian wines at the table, something different and I would recommend food.

"A nose of Chery & Dark Chocolate: On the palate you will find hi..."

A nose of Chery & Dark Chocolate: On the palate you will find hints of Chery, Mint & Dark Chocolate lifted by smokey / peppery qualities finished with long & lingering notes on the palate. Something quite unique & different, great wine for a BBQ or a grilled steak. From the South East of Spain, 14% alcohol & 5 year cellaring potential.... A must have for a special occasion !!!
