"Simply.... yes!"

This is a special wine. My first experience with a Gamay & I had no idea what to expect (although I have always trusted the Bass Phillip label for quality)... But I couldnt believe what I was tasting! This was a new beast entirely - albeit a beautiful, gentle, supple beast. Even my pinotphile partner was thoroughly impressed! Definitely will not be the last time I buy this one.

"True to Hype"

This was my first experience into the world of Bass Philip and it really did live up to the hype. This wine was amazingly approchable still with plenty of potential for ageing, I just wish I had a second bottle when this one ran out.
