Champagne came to prominence in the 17th century when it became the drink of choice for the Kings and Queens of Europe and it has been associated with power and luxury ever since.

Join us for what will be a unique opportunity to try over 20 world class champagnes, from small boutique Champagne Houses, to some of the largest and most famous names.

Taste your way through styles and vintages whilst sampling the beautiful canapés and the fabulous setting of Doltone House.

Jasper Hill produces some of Australia’s most compelling and sought after wines. Located in Heathcote, Central Victoria on ancient Cambrian soils, red coloured, well drained gravely loams. The wines are produced entirely on the estate using organic/ biodynamic principles.

However in Ron’s words “I want you to buy my wine because it’s bloody good, not because it’s biodynamic.”

We will showcase his new release wines and examples of back vintages matched with a modern European menu at the award winning Etch Restaurant on the 27th of September.
