Join us as Ron Laughton of Jasper Hill Vineyard takes us through his world class wines.
Jasper Hill produces some of Australia’s most compelling and sought after wines. Located in Heathcote, Central Victoria on ancient Cambrian soils, red coloured, well drained gravely loams. The wines are produced entirely on the estate using organic/ biodynamic principles.
However in Ron’s words “I want you to buy my wine because it’s bloody good, not because it’s biodynamic.”
We will showcase his new release wines and examples of back vintages matched with a modern European menu at the award winning Etch Restaurant on the 27th of September.
